It’s been months since I gave birth, is it too late to go for a Post- natal Massage?
- Delivery less than 6 months ago: Optimally, it is best to commence soon after delivery, within the first 3 months. Up till 6 months after delivery, hormones (estrogen, progesterone) are still secreted which helps to loosen abdominal muscles, pelvic structure and supporting ligaments and joints. Postnatal Massage will be as effective in recovery process and rejuvenating the body, although the slimming effect may not be as drastic
- Delivery more than 6 month ago: If you have given birth more than 6 months, you may consider signing up for our Slimming Massage package. Please indicate that you have date of delivery so we can include the Postnatal Abdomen Massage technique and infuse it in your Slimming Massage Package.
